Ultramar Express Event Management is Reed Travel Exhibitions’ official agency for organising the EIBTM trade show, held annually in Barcelona.

This, the leading show in the Meetings & Incentives indutry, was attended by 2,700 exhibitors from 95 countries plus 6,000 visitors, among them 3,000 highly-qualified Hosted Buyers.

Ultramar Express Event Management handles accommodation for visitors and exhibitors at the official hotels for this show, as well as all the trasportation arrangements for all participants.

The transport plan includes transfers for participants at the airport, as well as a shuttle bus service to the show from the official hotels, covering the different routes.
